I am a licensed clinical social worker (psychotherapist) who has been practicing since 1991. I make it a practice to meet the individual "where they are" while respecting and encouraging their uniqueness and facilitating their growth and therapeutic journey in a safe and welcoming manner and environment. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida, Oregon and Ohio.
A SAFE SPACE
My office is set up like a living room. I want the environment to feel as much like home as possible. I also have a certified therapy dog who is available for that added comfort to help to alleviate any feelings of stress. Benson is hypoallergenic and available upon request.
This is a safe space for all, including all genders, orientations, identities, abilities, cultures and backgrounds.

TELEHEALTH
Most of my appointments are currently via the HIPPA-compliant telehealth platform doxy.me. As of February 2023, I will be offering in-office appointments to persons who have had no symptoms or exposures within 10 days. Telehealth appointments will still be available to all others. All insurance companies, with the exception of state of FL BCBS plans, at this time, are covering telehealth services. Some insurance companies are waiving their copays for telehealth therapy sessions.

I offer in-office and virtual office appointments. My HIPPA compliant virtual office link: doxy.me/FFTC If you are having any cold or flu symptoms at the time of your appointment you will be expected to either attend virtually or reschedule the appointment.

As of February 18, 2025, I am no longer accepting new patients. My schedule is now full and cannot accommodate new patient appointments. I will update this when I am able to resume accepting new patients. Thank you for understanding.
